Compare destinations on the things that decide it

Rankings rarely decide where a student should go. Tuition, living cost, the language of daily life and what happens after graduation usually do.

🇩🇪 Germany

Suits you if

  • Master's applicants in engineering, CS, data science or management with a strong, consistent academic record.
  • Students whose families can arrange the blocked-account amount but cannot afford high annual tuition.
  • Students willing to learn German to at least A2–B1 before or during the course.

Think again if

  • Students who need admission and a visa within two or three months — German timelines are long.
  • Students with large academic gaps or many backlogs who have not addressed them.
  • Students who expect to fund living costs entirely from part-time work in the first semester.

🇫🇷 France

Suits you if

  • Students with limited liquid funds who still want a Western European degree.
  • Business, luxury management, aerospace, hospitality and AI applicants.
  • Students willing to learn French to at least A2 for daily life and internships.

Think again if

  • Students who want a fully English-speaking environment outside the classroom.
  • Students with no tolerance for administrative back-and-forth.

🇮🇹 Italy

Suits you if

  • Design, architecture, fashion and mechanical engineering applicants.
  • Students whose family income allows a low ISEE bracket.
  • Students comfortable navigating detailed paperwork for a large financial return.

Think again if

  • Students who need a fully English-speaking city environment.
  • Students unwilling to prepare income and property documentation months in advance.

Living-cost ranges are city-dependent and visa financial-proof amounts are revised periodically. Confirm both against the official immigration page for your destination before you commit money.
