Admission process
What do Polish universities ask for at admission?
Direct application to each university with an apostilled Class 12 or Bachelor's certificate, an English certificate, and in many cases a short online interview.

There is no central system. Applications for October open around March and many universities run rolling admission until seats fill.

Apostille and translate your documents
Polish universities need an apostille from the MEA in India plus a sworn Polish translation for enrolment.

Prove English at B2
IELTS 6.0–6.5 is standard; several universities accept English-medium instruction letters from Indian boards, which is worth confirming in writing.

Sit the interview or entrance test
Medicine and dentistry use a biology and chemistry entrance test; business and IT programmes usually use a Skype interview.

Pay the first instalment and apply for the visa
The admission letter is released after the first tuition instalment. The national D visa needs proof of funds of roughly €5,000 and health insurance.
